This is an amazing experience if you’re keen to learn about olive oil. Incredibly interesting to see how it was made historically and currently in the modern day, tasting different oils is also really interesting, and there is so much more to it than you would think. Rosaria is a fabulous host, and there is nothing that she does not know about Olive oil! A lovely little goodie bag send you on your way, and no pressure too but anything else, but loads to choose from is you want to. Can’t recommend this experience highly enough!

Ricky vanwe had a great time with Marco at Masseria Le Pianelle during our “dairyman for a day” cheese making experience. the farm is in a stunning area and we loved our tour of the farm and learning about its operation. but the best part was learning how to make mozzarella with the charming, kind, generous and funny young cheese,asker, Umberto. he was patient with our clumsy attempts, and the finished products: fior di latte, nodini, stracciatella, and burrata were delicious. this was followed by tasting of other local products, all produced at the farm, which made a lovely lunch (plus we took the leftovers of our very generous spread to enjoy in later meals at our lodgings). Marco is knowledgeable, professional and personable —we highly recommend booking one of the experiences that he offers!

Oliver ThomasThe whole crew of 3 was so amazing! I can't remember everyone's names, but Pia and her daughter and I think Marco were all so kind and accommodating. Everyone enjoyed the class. Definitely suitable to beginners and novice cooks. Next time for our group I would maybe ask for something more challenging or to have us do every single step of the process with them, but it was the perfect amount of work for while drinking & just enjoying our vacation. They even let my baby participate :) The end result was so delicious as was the wine made by Pia's brother. Wish I could have brought that wine home!
Valerie BrettWe had a wonderful olive "workshop" with Rosaria in their Azienda Agricola Savoia. We really enjoyed her explanation and very warm hospitality. There are olive trees from ancient period that touched our heart and soul. Absolutely cool and useful. Everyone should visit this farm.
Mihály KunGreat authentic experience at a dairy farm doing the cheese maker for a day private tour. Learned a lot about the process and made some delicious cheese. A very memorable day, highlight of our trip to Italy! At the end we had a huge spread of cheese we made, some other cheese they make on the farm, wine, bread, bruschetta, and cured meats.
