ביקרנו בהדרכתו של מרקו בחווה לא רחוק ממרטינה פרנקה. הוא נתן לנו סקירה על האזור ועל ההיסטוריה של המקום. ראינו איך מכינים מוצרלה ובוראטה. למדנו איך מכינים פסטה מקומית. לבסוף קיבלנו ארוחת טעימות של גבינות, נקניקים ויין. מרקו נחמד ואדיב. נהננו מאוד ואנחנו ממליצים בחום.

We visited a lovely Masseria where they toured us around the farm and showed us the process of making mozzarella and burrata. Marco was extremely informative! The cheese was so delicious and we were able to have a nice lunch of bread, cheese, meats, and wine afterwards. Would 100% recommend for an authentic Puglian experience. Grazie Marco!

We had an incredible time with Marco and Umberto. Our daughter (3.5) talks about it constantly. They were both so wonderful with her, and she (and we!) learned so much. Highly recommend this experience.

Highlight of our family vacation in Puglia. Don't miss this Agri-tourism gem. Marco gives an amazing historical tour of the "farm" with cheese making demos and tastings. This fully working farm is impeccable, animals are well cared for and it is very self sufficient. You can stay here in a Trulli and there is even a beautiful pool for guests. At the end of our tour we had samples of their wines, cheeses and meats and if course their own olive oil. I highly recommend you make a reservation as this place is not to be missed!!

Absolutely wonderful experience! Marco was a fabulous guide, the premises are beautiful and very well taken care of. The tour is educational and interactive. They captivated all of our 5 kids attentions at all times. (Our youngest was 5 and oldest was 12). Pasta making was a real treat. We will definitely be back!!

An absolutely wonderful experience! Our Italian host, Marco, was well spoken and beautifully informed. We have never thought of doing cheese making, however, this will be long remembered. Cheese makers, Umberto and Francesco, were delightful and made us feel “part of the team”. They encouraged us to be fully involved (with our hands) in every step. Our labors were rewarded with delicious cheeses to eat! Lunch also included local meats! A tremendous event!! Highly recommended!!!
